We use FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service to ship packages.
We always compare the rates and delivery dates to insure the most timely and cost effective shipping method for our customers.
For example: If you select FedEx Ground and we can get it to you faster with Priority Mail for the same rate, we will opt to do so.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. We must have a physical address.
All expedited orders (Next Day Air) must be in before 10:15 am Central Time for same day shipping
We appreciate your business! Many of our items are shipped directly from our distributors warehouses to our customers. Some of them will not ship for us past the borders due to USPS regulations. This means that we have to order your item(s) in here (if we don't already stock it) so that we can send it to you from this location. This may delay your order by up to three days. If you need something in a hurry, it would be wise to call first.

With the ever changing fuel prices, our carriers are adding surcharges for some areas. We want you to be aware of any changes BEFORE you order. Also, we have no way of determining what duties and/or taxes will be on any item. Please check with your Customs Department. Buyer is responsible for any and all duties and/or taxes.
At this time, we have no way of entering the size of any item to correspond to the USPS flat rate boxes. If you order a vent cover or something large, please do not choose small flat rate box as it will not fit in a small box. Doing so will delay your order until we can correct the shipping rate in which extra charges will apply.
Heavy and oversize items will be shipped via Freight. Please contact us with your address for a quote.
Heavy and oversize items to be shipped outside of the lower 48 states MUST contact us for a quote.
Shipping for generators will be quoted per location.
Some items are free freight to the lower 48 states only. If they are listed as free freight, then it will be delivered FREE to the nearest UPS Freight to your location OR a commercial address with the means to unload the item(s)
FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE FLORIDA KEYS WILL ADD AN ADDITIONAL $115.00 TO THE PRICE. IF THE FREIGHT IS ADVERTISED AS FREE, YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED $115.00. THIS IS DUE TO THE CARRIERS BEING CHARGED SOME SORT OF ISLAND FEE.
All Gensets are delivered via Freight
Shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be calculated upon request. Delivery to a business location with a loading dock is your best value. Residential delivery can increase the costs by $100 or more.
I will work with you to obtain the best rate possible. If you can get a better price and would prefer to arrange your own freight service feel free to do so.
Typical rates for the lower 48 states are usually around $90-$150 depending on location.
Unless otherwise stated, all items are new and are under manufacturer warranty. We will accept returns on most items within 14 days of purchase for refunds and 30 days for warranty exchange. After the 30 day period, contact us and we will give you instructions on obtaining warranty service or a replacement item.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from any unwanted item. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
Returned items must be in the original shipping container and must be in new condition with all documents and parts included.
Please do not write the return address on the carton. Attach a label or envelope with the shipping information.
Electrical and electronic devices will be evaluated for damage due to improper installation before an exchange is given. These items should only be installed by QUALIFIED persons. Buyer must email us for instructions on returning an item. We are not responsible for shipping damage. Buyer should always insure the item(s) for shipment.
No return on freight items such as generators or refrigerators
AS OF JULY 2009, WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY CONTROL BOARD OR REGULATOR PERIOD.
WE HAVE SEEN A NUMBER OF RETURNS RECENTLY FROM CUSTOMERS WHO CHOSE TO SWAP PARTS RATHER THAN DO THE TROUBLESHOOTING.
OF COURSE WE WILL WARRANTY THE PARTS AS USUAL BUT WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE OR REPAIR.
