Policies and Returns

There are some standard policies listed below that are common for any business. In the event that you purchase an item that doesn't work or is the wrong item, We will "jump through hoops" to remedy the problem.

Unless otherwise stated, all items are new and are under manufacturer warranty. We will accept returns on most items within 14 days of purchase for refunds and 30 days for warranty exchange. After the 30 day period, contact us and we will give you instructions on obtaining warranty service or a replacement item.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from any unwanted item. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

No return on freight items such as generators or refrigerators

AS OF JULY 2009, WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY CONTROL BOARD OR REGULATORS PERIOD.
WE HAVE SEEN A NUMBER OF RETURNS RECENTLY FROM CUSTOMERS WHO CHOSE TO SWAP PARTS RATHER THAN DO THE TROUBLESHOOTING.
OF COURSE WE WILL WARRANTY THE PARTS AS USUAL BUT WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE OR REPAIR.
NO REFUNDS.
