Policies and Returns

 A 6% State Sales Tax will be charged to all orders shipped anywhere in Kentucky

There are some standard policies listed below that are common for any business. In the event that you purchasing an item that doesn't work or is the wrong item, We will "jump through hoops" to remedy the problem.

Unless otherwise stated, all items are new and are under manufacturer warranty.

14 DAY REFUND LIMIT -  30 DAY EXCHANGE LIMIT.

We will accept returns on all items except electrical devices that have been installed.  Returned items must be in the original shipping container and must be in new condition with all documents and parts included. Unused electrical and electronic devices will be evaluated for damage due to improper installation before an exchange is given. These items should only be installed by QUALIFIED persons. Buyer must email us for instructions on returning an item. We are not responsible for shipping damage or damage due to improper installation. Buyer should always insure the item(s) for shipment.

AS OF JULY 2009, WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY CONTROL BOARD OR REGULATORS PERIOD.
WE HAVE SEEN A NUMBER OF RETURNS RECENTLY FROM CUSTOMERS WHO CHOSE TO SWAP PARTS RATHER THAN DO THE TROUBLESHOOTING.
OF COURSE WE WILL WARRANTY THE PARTS AS USUAL BUT WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE OR REPAIR.
